Arranging service in West Bountiful
In West Bountiful, give us the full service address and describe the entrance or vehicle location. For a parked vehicle, include the parking area, nearest entrance and vehicle description. A landmark alone may not identify the correct car park.
Local reference points include Pages Lane, West Bountiful City Park. If you are near one of these places, identify the actual street, entrance or parking area where help is needed. We do not dispatch to a landmark name alone.
Details that help us prepare
Vehicle year, make and model; exact location; whether the keys are visible.
While you arrange the next step
If a child, another person or a pet is in immediate danger inside a vehicle, call 911 first. Do not wait for a locksmith. Otherwise, avoid forcing a window or putting tools through a door seal, and tell us if the engine is running or anyone is inside.
What to confirm before work begins
Explain the problem before authorizing the work. Ask about the proposed service, compatible parts and charges for the specific job. If the request involves entry or a change to keys, have appropriate authorization ready. Do not put entry codes, alarm codes, identity documents or payment information in a website message.
